About Peggy Lit

Peggy Lit is a spiritual transformation coach who helps people heal from grief and trauma. She is also an expert on oneness and living from your heart.

Why is it important to feel and accept all parts of oneself to achieve balance and happiness?

For people experiencing spiritual transformation, it is important to feel and accept all parts of themselves to achieve balance and happiness. This can be a difficult process but is necessary to grow and evolve spiritually. By accepting all aspects of yourself, including the shadow side, you can begin to heal and move forward on the spiritual path.

Accepting all parts of yourself is a key part of the transformation process. It can help lead to a more balanced and happy life. Hearing stories of others who have gone through this process can be inspiring and helpful in your journey.

If you are experiencing the loss of a loved one learning to accept all aspects of oneness is important when healing from grief and trauma. It can be difficult and painful, but it is necessary to begin the healing process.  Slowing down and connecting with your divine oneness helps you heal and achieve balance and happiness. Peggy goes into detail in this episode on how to do just this, and I will help break down what I learned from Peggy here.

Learning to connect to you oneness:

  1. Slow down and connect to your heart
  2. Seeing what you want to heal
  3. Accept that you are what you want to heal

1. Slow down and connect to your heart

Your heart space is the umbilical cord to your soul; by learning to connect with it, you will start experiencing divine oneness. To do this, begin by focusing on your breath by taking several deep, calming breaths. The connection with your breath opens your heart space, and from here, you will begin to recognize negative emotions and beliefs that are holding you back from healing. By recognizing that these negative emotions and beliefs are not your truth–who you truly are, you can begin to let them go. This may take practice, but it will happen the more you connect with your heart.

The next step in this practice is to question why you are experiencing these beliefs. Why do you believe that you are not good enough? Why do you believe that you are not worthy of love? Asking what you need to see or how you can see it from a higher, more loving perspective, you begin to release the hold these negative beliefs have on you.

2. Seeing what you want to heal

To see what you want to heal requires that you once again slow down and be willing to look at the pain and suffering you’re currently experiencing.  When you do this, you can see the origin of where it’s coming from, and that you-the ego is at the center of it.

Recognizing that nothing happens to you but for you, that you are not a victim, then you can forgive yourself and others and move on to healing. By learning to love yourself and accepting who you are you will experience greater love and divine oneness.

 3. Accept that you are what you want to heal

To move forward and heal, it is important to understand what oneness is. Oneness is the state of being one with everything. In other words, it is the state of being connected to all that is. When you are oneness, you are not separate from anything or anyone. Instead, you are a part of everything. This can be not easy to grasp, but it is important to understand that you are not separate from anything or anyone. Instead, you are a part of everything.

Once you understand this, you can let go of the pain you have been carrying around. This pain has been holding you back from truly experiencing yourself and your connection to all that is.

It is important to remember that not everyone is on a spiritual journey. Not everyone is ready to let go of their pain and heal. But for those who are ready, it is important to know that process takes time and practice, but it is possible. With the right guidance and support, anyone can begin to heal and move forward on their spiritual journey.

To achieve balance and happiness, accepting all parts of yourself is important. This can be difficult, but growing and evolving spiritually is necessary. By accepting all aspects of yourself, including the shadow side, you can heal and move on your spiritual path.
