Rachel Joy was 19 years old when she told her mom she wanted to be great. She didn’t know how to be great, but she knew she had greatness within her. This led her mom to send her to a residential treatment center for help. From here, Rachel began her transformational journey.
NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is the study of the subconscious mind. It is the study of how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all operated by our subconscious. Our subconscious is constantly being updated, but we often ignore these updates. This can lead to us being unhappy in different areas of our lives.
Rachel uses NLP to create change on a subconscious level. She helps her clients move from an unhappy place to a place of joy by focusing on what they want rather than what they don’t want. She also helps them change their thoughts from negative to positive. This way, they can better understand who they are and create lasting change.
In three easy steps, Rachel shares with us how to have increased self-confidence, more belief in ourselves, and how to manifest our goals.

1. Identify the problem
To change something, you first have to identify what it is that you want to change. In the case of NLP, this means identifying the problem that you want to change on a subconscious level. This can be done through conversation, self-reflection, or looking at the patterns in your life that aren’t serving you. Once you’ve identified the problem, you can start to work on changing it.
Once you’ve identified the problem, it’s time to start changing how you think about it. This means changing the way you think about yourself and the problem. If you’ve thought of yourself as a failure, start thinking of yourself as a success. If you’ve been thinking of the problem as insurmountable, start thinking of it as something you can overcome. Change the way you think about the problem, and you’ll start to see results.
Keep in mind change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time and effort to change the way you think and the way you behave. But it is possible!
Start by taking small steps. If you want to change the way you think, start by changing the way you talk to yourself. If you want to change the way you behave, start by changing the way you respond to the problem. Take action and keep taking action until you see the results you want.
2. Find a solution
After you have identified the problem, then brainstorm for possible solutions. After brainstorming, narrow down the possible solutions to the one that will be most effective.
Next, create a plan to implement your chosen solution. The plan should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Finally, you will want to take action and implement the plan.
After implementing your solution, monitor the results to ensure the problem has been solved. If the problem has not been solved, it is important to troubleshoot to determine why the solution was ineffective. Once the problem has been solved, it is important to celebrate its success. It is also important to monitor the results to ensure that the problem does not recur.
3. Implement the solution
The third step is to explore the possibilities of what could be different in your life if you changed your self-talk. This might involve exploring what positive things could come into your life if you started speaking to yourself more positively. It could also involve exploring what negative things might happen if you continued to speak to yourself negatively. This step is about experimenting with different ways of speaking to yourself and seeing what feels better to you.
It can be helpful to journal about your self-talk and explore how it makes you feel. This can be a way to help you become more aware of your self-talk and how it affects you. It can also be helpful to experiment with different types of self-talk and see how it makes you feel. You might try speaking to yourself more positively or negatively and see how it affects your mood and your thoughts.
You can achieve anything you want in life. Following Rachel Joy’s lead and using NLP to create lasting change subconsciously will help you.
